Position Overview

The Senior Manager will lead plant operations, ensuring mechanical reliability, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role demands robust leadership, technical expertise in mechanical systems, and extensive experience in chemical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across production, maintenance, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted plant functioning.
- Mechanical Systems Oversight

Ensure optimal performance of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset reliability.

- Process Optimization

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve yield.Enforce EHS standards, statutory regulations, and ISO guidelines across all plant operations.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and performance culture.Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control operational expenses.Collaborate with senior management, suppliers,



and regulatory authorities to align plant goals with business objectives.Qualifications & Experience

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, plant utilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering operational excellence.
