We are looking for a responsible and experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our hospital pharmacy, ensuring secure and efficient medication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations (IP & OP)
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines
- Maintain inventory and stock control
- Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
- Supervise pharmacy team
- Handle procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with legal and hospital policies
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Assist in audits and inspections
