Senior Manager – Retail Store Fit-Out (International & Luxury Retail)

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager will lead the execution of retail store fit-out projects across international markets and luxury brand stores within India. The role involves managing a geographically distributed team, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of best-in-class retail stores within approved timelines and budgets while adhering to established processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end execution of retail store fit-out projects across international markets and luxury retail locations in India.
- Ensure timely delivery of stores within approved budgets and project timelines.
- Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle from design coordination to store handover.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams including design, procurement, finance, and operations.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as architects, consultants, vendors, franchise partners, and contractors.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead and guide a team distributed across multiple geographies.
- Provide direction, planning support, and performance oversight to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Process Compliance

- Ensure adherence to all defined organizational processes, governance frameworks,



and documentation requirements.
- Maintain transparency in project tracking, reporting, and approvals.

5. Safety & Quality Management

- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and construction regulations at project sites.
- Maintain high quality standards in materials, workmanship, and store finish to meet luxury retail benchmarks.

6. Vendor Development

- Identify, develop, and onboard reliable vendors and partners for international projects.
- Build solid vendor ecosystems to support global store rollout requirements.

7. Cost Optimization & Innovation

- Drive cost optimization initiatives through material innovation, design improvements, and value engineering.
- Explore alternative materials and construction methods without compromising quality or brand standards.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 12–14 years of relevant experience in executing and managing retail store construction and fit-out projects.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the GCC region, with exposure to retail store projects.
- Experience in luxury retail brand fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of construction materials and retail fit-out practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and consultants across geographies.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project execution and site coordination.
