Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the hospital's Food & Beverage operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth night operations across all F&B; service areas.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor overall hospital F&B; operations during the night shift.

Conduct regular rounds across all floors and service areas.

Supervise night shift employees and ensure duties are carried out efficiently.

Inspect all coffee shops and food outlets during the night.

Monitor kitchen operations, food production, hygiene, and quality standards.

Verify stock entries, monitor inventory movement, and control wastage.

Prepare and submit the daily night operations report.





Report the overall night operations status to the General Manager every morning before completing the shift.

Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital or hospitality operations.

Experience in Hospital Food & Beverage Operations is preferred.

Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Knowledge of PeopleStrong, HotSoft, or similar hospitality software will be an added advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently during the night shift.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
