Position: Distribution Manager – Exide Inverter & Battery
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Distribution / Channel Sales
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to oversee the sales and distribution of Exide Inverter Batteries, Automotive Batteries, Inverters, and Power Backup Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dealer network management, distributor operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the distribution and sales of Exide inverter batteries and related products.
- Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct dealer visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
- Implement promotional activities and dealer engagement programs.
- Prepare sales reports,



market analysis, and business forecasts.
- Resolve customer and dealer issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and distribution standards.
- Lead and motivate the sales and distribution team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in battery, inverter, automotive, electrical, or FMCG distribution.
- Strong knowledge of dealer management, channel sales, and distribution operations.
- Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Exide, Amaron, Luminous, Livguard, Microtek, or similar battery/inverter brands.
- Candidate from Thrissur or nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
