Sapphire Asta Hospitality is hiring experienced Head Chef plus Bakery Chef professionals to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality food, bakery, and pastry items.
- Plan menus and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen operations and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costing, and staff efficiently.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, bakery techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Leadership skills (for Head Chef) and creativity in baking (for Bakery Chef).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
