Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their internet and broadband needs
- Identify Customer Requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Must Have

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills




- Self- Motivated with a target driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of internet/broadband services (or willingness to learn)

Nice to have

- Prior experience in sales, telecom, or ISP industry
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively
- Strong networking and lead generation skills
- Analytical thinking to identify market opportunities
- Experience in upselling and cross- selling services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
