About the Project

The Entrepreneurship Program, an initiative of The VEDIC Education Trust in collaboration with AGROZS, is designed to help rural and Urban college students transform agriculture-based ideas into practical and sustainable enterprises.

Our mission is to create 200 young Agriculture Entrepreneurs within 18 months through practical education, mentoring, market connections, technology support and the AGROZS entrepreneurship ecosystem.

We are looking for energetic Business Coordinator Interns who want hands-on experience in building and scaling this initiative.

What You Will Do

As a Business Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the project team and support:

- College & Institution Coordination – Reach out to colleges, communicate with faculty coordinators, schedule workshops and support student registrations.
- Student Engagement – Coordinate with students before, during and after workshops and help them participate in the 18-week entrepreneurship journey.
- Project Coordination – Maintain participant information, schedules, follow-ups, documentation and activity reports.
- Partnership Outreach – Assist in identifying and approaching CSR organizations, sponsors, Government institutions, industry partners, mentors and potential investors.
- Entrepreneur Support – Follow up with student teams as they move from idea → business plan → validation → startup.




- Events & Awards – Support Demo Days, Agriculture Entrepreneurship Awards, student presentations and networking activities.
- AGROZS Ecosystem – Help onboard and connect emerging entrepreneurs with relevant opportunities, mentors, markets and ecosystem partners.

Who Can Apply?

Students or recent graduates from MBA, BBA, Agriculture, Agri Students, Rural Management, Commerce, Marketing, Social Work, Communications or related fields are welcome.

We are looking for people who are comfortable communicating with students and institutions, taking responsibility, following up consistently, working independently and collaborating with a team.

Good communication, coordination and basic digital skills are significant. Tamil + English communication will be an advantage.

What You Will Gain

This is intended to be a practical internship rather than a desk-based academic assignment.

You will gain real experience in business, project management, institutional coordination, entrepreneurship, stakeholder management, CSR outreach, startup development, rural markets and event management.

You will work directly with an initiative aiming to build young entrepreneurs and see how an idea develops from education to enterprise.

Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
