Roles & Responsibility

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and audience growth across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc.).Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, memes, and AI-generated content) that resonates with our audience.Engage actively with our community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions, fostering meaningful interactions.Grow and manage online communities on Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other relevant platforms.Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals.Monitor social trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for viral content and engagement.Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on key insights.Organize and manage online events, AMAs, and collaborations with influencers, creators,



and industry leaders.Handle brand reputation management by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive brand image.

Requirements

- You have 2+ years of experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing.
- You’re a creative storyteller with excellent writing and content creation skills.
- You have a robust understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- You’re an AI enthusiast who loves experimenting with new technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.
- You have experience growing Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord communities.
- You’re highly organized, proactive, and hands-on, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.
- You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment and thrive in an agile setting.
- Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing, paid social media ads, or AI-generated content creation.
