We’re hiring an Accounts Assistant to support our finance team at DJV Infrastructure’s corporate office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounts and ledgers
- Prepare vouchers, bills, and GST invoices
- Handle data entry in Tally or accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and petty cash
- Support monthly and annual closing procedures
- Coordinate with CA and finance head for audits and filings
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (or any accounting software)
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools
- Accuracy, time management, and reliability
- Good communication for internal coordination
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com or M.Com (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Freshers with solid accounting knowledge may apply
