Are you a finance professional with strong accounting expertise and leadership experience? We're looking for a Team Lead – Finance & Accounts to lead our Dubai Offshore CFO Services team and deliver high-quality financial solutions to international clients.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
Department: CFO Services – Dubai Offshore

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Finance & Accounts professionals.
* Review end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities.
* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Review Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
* Coordinate with Dubai-based clients and internal stakeholders.
* Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.




* Drive process improvements and maintain quality standards.
* Support audits, compliance, and financial reporting.
* Handle client queries, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
* Train and develop team members while fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Qualification & Experience

* M.Com: 6–8 years of industry/corporate accounting experience.
* Prior team handling or leadership experience will be an added advantage.
* Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with international/offshore clients will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
