ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates to join our AI team as AI Trainees at our T. Nagar, Chennai office. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, ML, or Data Science and are eager to work with cutting-edge AI technologies including LLMs, Agentic Systems, RAG pipelines, MCP, LangChain, and more.

You will work directly alongside our founding and senior engineering team on real AI products and live business challenges, not just theoretical exercises.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Assist in designing and developing LLM-based applications and AI-powered workflows

- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent document search and Q&A; systems

- Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients for tool-augmented AI systems

- Work on Agentic AI models by designing autonomous agents capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution

- Use LangChain / LangGraph and related frameworks to build chains, agents, and memory-enabled conversational systems





- Contribute to Orchestration workflows that coordinate multi-agent systems and complex AI pipelines

- Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model evaluation techniques

- Collaborate with senior AI engineers on production-grade AI product development across sales, finance, HR, and operations domains

- Document experiments, findings, and technical implementations clearly

WHO CAN APPLY

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field (2025 / 2026 Pass-out)

- Fresher or up to 6 months of project/internship experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

- Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and intelligent systems

- Must be available to work on-site at T. Nagar, Chennai

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Large Language Models (LLMs) — Conceptual + Basic hands-on

- LangChain / LangGraph — Conceptual + Basic hands-on

- RAG Pipelines — Conceptual understanding

- MCP (Model Context Protocol) — Awareness / Academic exposure





- Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems — Conceptual understanding

- Orchestration Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) — Awareness

- Python Programming — Proficient

- Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) — Basic familiarity

- REST APIs & JSON — Basic familiarity

GOOD TO HAVE

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Familiarity with Hugging Face, Ollama, or OpenAI APIs

- Understanding of embeddings, tokenization, and transformer architecture

- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, or Git

- Personal projects, Kaggle notebooks, or GitHub portfolio in AI/ML

COMPENSATION

During Training (6 Months): Rs.15,000/- per month

Post Training (Based on Performance): Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000/- per month

TRAINEE PROGRAM DETAILS

Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: In Person, T. Nagar, Chennai

Mentorship: Direct access to founding and senior AI team

Review: Monthly performance reviews with structured feedback

Post-Training: Full-time conversion based on performance
