Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in client retention and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling a range of financial products and services based on client needs and market trends.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial situation, review product performance, and recommend adjustments to their portfolio.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, client acquisition, and product penetration.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating advantages and risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Stay abreast of market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client accounts and transactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
