Job Purpose

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and branch HR activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Support performance appraisal, KRA/KPI implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize training and development programs.




- Coordinate HR activities across branches and monitor manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, exit formalities, and HR administration.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Valuable understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, PF & ESI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS and recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Corporate HR preferred).
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Certification in Recruitment or HR Operations is an added advantage.
