Accounts Payable Executive

Company: R.D. Distributors
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kamptee Road, Nagpur

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle vendor invoices – check, verify and enter in system
- Process payments to suppliers on time
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and transactions
- Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and resolve mismatches
- Coordinate with vendors for payment queries or issues
- Prepare basic reports and expense summaries
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation
- Keep track of outstanding payments
- In general, accounts payable roles focus on managing company expenses and ensuring all bills are paid correctly and on time.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounts / commerce




- Familiarity with Excel or accounting software
- Positive attention to detail
- Basic communication skills

Qualification:

- B.Com / Commerce background preferred
- Freshers or 0–2 years experience can apply

Working Details:

- Full-time role
- Office-based job
