About the Role
Annai Motors, an Authorized Royal Enfield Dealership, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and service department.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining Royal Enfield service standards.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, job allocation, and technician performance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality, safety, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Prepare and review service performance reports and implement continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automobile service operations, with prior supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of two-wheelers and workshop operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management/CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance).
