Job Description:

- Role Overview
- The Senior Process Executive is responsible for accurately processing and managing employee life cycle transactions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the system of records
- The role ensures data integrity SLA adherence compliance and high quality HR service delivery across assigned geographies
- This position will report directly to the Team Lead
- Key Responsibilities SAP SuccessFactors Operations
- Execute end to end employee life cycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors including
- o Hire Rehire Transfers International Transfers
- o Position creation and position mapping Job and employee data changes Terminations and retirements
- Process changes in employee status such as
- o Reclassification Active to inactive movements
- o Full time to part time and vice versa
- Handle leave and attendance related transactions in line with defined processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Mandatory
- Graduate Post Graduate in any discipline 1 2 years of hands on experience in HR Operations with strong exposure to Hire to Retire processes




- Mandatory hands on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central user
- Strong understanding of employee data management and HR transactional processes
- Excellent English communication skills with strong customer focus and sense of urgency

Technical Requirements:

- Preferred Good to Have
- Experience working on HR operations across USA AF MENA and LATAM regions
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar HR ticketing tools with Proficiency in MS Office tools especially MS Excel and Outlook
- Experience working in SLA driven shared services or global delivery environments
