The E-commerce Sales Executive is responsible for managing online sales across e-commerce platforms, increasing revenue, optimising product listings, handling customer queries, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales on e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Plan and execute online promotions and sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
