Head of ERPNext Solution Consulting Experience: 10+ years | Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid Role Overview The Head of ERPNext Solution Consulting leads Sanskar Technolab’s techno-functional ERPNext consulting practice covering business-process transformation, ERPNext solution architecture, complex implementation design, presales governance, delivery quality and consultant capability development. The Practice Head is accountable for establishing how Sanskar Technolab designs and delivers integrated ERPNext solutions across functional configuration, Frappe customization, integrations, data architecture and cross-module business processes. Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership Define the vision, operating model and capability roadmap for ERPNext Solution Consulting. Establish standards for discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, estimation, documentation and implementation. Define role expectations and competency frameworks for Trainee through Lead levels. Plan recruitment, allocation, mentoring, certification and career development. Build strong expertise across ERPNext modules, Frappe Framework and key industry domains. Review team utilization, capacity and project allocation.



Solution Governance Establish mandatory solution-review standards for complex ERPNext implementations. Review high-risk, fixed-price, multi-company, multi-country and integration-heavy solutions. Ensure that solutions follow ERPNext and Frappe best practices. Ensure appropriate separation between standard configuration, custom development and process change. Review architecture, data strategy, integration design, security, scalability and upgrade impact. Own major solution escalations and recovery planning. Presales Governance Own the quality of ERPNext presales discovery, fit-gap analysis, scope and estimates. Allocate appropriate Senior or Lead ERPNext Solution Consultants to qualified opportunities. Review large solution proposals before commercial submission. Ensure assumptions, exclusions, risks and client dependencies are clearly documented. Protect delivery from unrealistic estimates and unclear commitments. Ensure complete presales-to-delivery handover before project kickoff. Work with Growth leadership while maintaining solution quality and delivery feasibility. Sales remains responsible for pricing, negotiation, revenue targets and deal closure. ERPNext Solution Consulting is responsible for discovery depth, solution fitment, scope, estimates, assumptions, risks and solution confidence. Delivery Quality and Escalation Review solution quality and implementation health across projects. Support Lead Consultants with major functional-technical decisions. Work with the CTO on complex architecture, framework, performance and engineering matters. Work with PMO on delivery risks, estimate variance, scope leakage and corrective actions. Lead resolution of critical cross-functional and technical escalations. Review implementation outcomes and ensure lessons are captured. Capability and Intellectual Property Build reusable ERPNext industry solutions, templates, accelerators and demo environments. Develop standard estimation models and solution-design templates. Maintain solution patterns for integrations, data migration and cross-module architecture. Encourage internal knowledge creation and contribution. Identify opportunities for reusable products, custom applications and AI-enabled ERP solutions.



People Management Conduct capability and performance reviews for ERPNext Solution Consulting team members. Define individual development plans and training needs. Mentor Lead and Senior Consultants. Support recruitment, interviews and technical-functional assessments. Build succession plans for critical solution-leadership positions. Create a culture of ownership, consulting excellence and continuous learning. Required Experience and Skills Extensive leadership experience in ERPNext and Frappe implementation. Deep hands-on knowledge of ERPNext modules and Frappe architecture. Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, integrations and data architecture. Experience managing complex, multi-module and multi-company ERP implementations. Robust presales, estimation and solution-governance experience. Experience leading and developing techno-functional consulting teams. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability. Ability to communicate with CXO-level client stakeholders. Strong escalation management and decision-making capability. Ability to collaborate effectively with Delivery, PMO, Functional Consulting, Engineering, QA, DevOps and Growth teams. Key Performance Indicators ERPNext solution acceptance rate. Estimation accuracy and reduction in estimate variance. Reduction in functional and technical rework. Presales solution quality and handover completeness. Implementation and go-live success.
