We're looking for an experienced and creative Manager – Visual Merchandising to lead our Visual Merchandising function and elevate the customer experience across our retail stores.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance brand presentation, execute impactful campaigns, and create visually inspiring retail environments that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives.
- Plan and execute seasonal displays, festive campaigns, window displays, product launches, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all retail stores.
- Optimize store layouts, product placement, customer flow, and premium product presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising Executive while conducting regular store visits and VM audits.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Category, and Operations teams to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage external vendors for display fixtures, signage, fabrication, printing,



and visual assets while ensuring timely project execution.
- Lead visual merchandising for exhibitions, events, showroom launches, and store refresh projects.
- Monitor VM compliance, customer experience, and campaign effectiveness while recommending continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Premium Fashion, Watches & Accessories, Lifestyle Brands, or High-End Retail.
- Strong expertise in luxury retail visual merchandising, store planning, space optimization, window displays, and campaign execution.
- Experience in vendor management, fabrication coordination, and project execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent planning, execution, and attention to detail.
