Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background to lead and deliver high-quality web application projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Full Stack Development along with proven expertise in project management, technical leadership, and client communication. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile development processes, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high technical standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience as both a Software Developer and Technical Project Manager.
- Strong background in Full Stack Development and modern web technologies.
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Angular, and MERN Stack.
- Experience managing software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management,



and requirement gathering skills.
- Strong leadership, team mentoring, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project planning, sprint management, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and sprint execution.
- Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and development standards are followed.
- Conduct project reviews, stakeholder updates, and team meetings.
- Drive continuous process improvements and team productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and project management practices.

Pay: ₹546,593.01 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
