Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Market Development

- Develop and expand the company’s B2B customer base among jewelers and diamond traders across India.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, exhibitions, and industry networking.
- Represent the company at Indian and international jewelry trade fairs to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

- Conduct regular in-person client visits to jewelers’ premises across India.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored diamond solutions.
- Build long-term commercial relationships and manage assigned accounts.

Sales Execution & Contracts

- Achieve agreed revenue targets and commercial KPIs.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate Sales contracts in compliance with EU and Belgian commercial regulations.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Customer Experience

- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge.

Reporting & Compliance





- Maintain accurate CRM records in line with internal reporting standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in jewellery, diamonds, luxury goods, or commodities preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
