Job Title: Site Engineer – Fire Protection Systems

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1-3 years /Fresher can also apply
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fire & Safety Engineering

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Site Engineer – Fire Protection Systems to execute, supervise, and coordinate fire alarm and fire fighting projects at client sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Execute site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise the installation and testing of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump, hose reel, and related fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, testing records,



and material requirement reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Support project handover, client demonstrations, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting conventional and addressable fire alarm panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, fire protection layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of cable routing, conduit/tray installation, and site execution.
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, and loop testers.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
