Job Title: Accounts Executive – Quotations & Client Coordination - Interiors Company

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who will primarily be responsible for preparing accurate client quotations, managing financial data, and supporting end-to-end accounting processes for our customized interior solutions business.

This role requires solid proficiency in MS Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to generate timely and precise commercial proposals for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and generate client quotations based on project scope and specifications
- Manage pricing sheets, BOQs, and cost calculations using Excel
- Support end-to-end accounting activities including data entry and account analysis
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for scope and pricing inputs
- Ensure accuracy in commercial proposals and billing data




- Assist in invoice preparation and follow-ups where required
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quotation updates

Required Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Office Applications
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in account analysis
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple requests
- Experience in Interiors / Civils / Modular Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in BOQs / project-based quotations and billing

Preferred Skills:

- Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Accounting
- Account Analysis
