Sales Executive – EdTech Industry Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting student enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales strategies.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience are preferred. Freshers with a strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, education, or service industry.
- Freshers with a strong passion for sales can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
