Shree Balaji Gases is looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Korba, Chhattisgarh. This role is ideal for someone with experience in plant operations who can lead a team, ensure safe working practices, and maintain smooth day-to-day production.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant operations and production.
- Manage manpower and shift activities.
- Oversee cylinder filling, handling and dispatch.
- Maintain production and stock records.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Industrial Gases, Steel, Engineering or Process Industries will be preferred.
- Graduate, Diploma or ITI in any discipline. (preferred)
