Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales and develop long-term relationships with industrial customers. The candidate should have experience in selling industrial products and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B customers across manufacturing industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.




- Update CRM and submit daily sales reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in industrial packaging, machinery, automation, engineering products, manufacturing, PET/PP strapping, stretch film, or related industrial products will be preferred.

Salary

₹3.6 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
