We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate brand messages, enhance user engagement, and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and corporate videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop compelling visual storytelling concepts.
- Edit raw video footage and integrate graphics, animations, sound, and special effects.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and style frames based on project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all motion graphic assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Optimize video content for various platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and company websites.
- Review and revise work based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and creative assets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.




- 2-5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Indesign
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with video editing and post-production workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D animation software.
- Knowledge of UI/UX animation principles.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
