Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Logistics.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients.
- Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Value-Added Logistics Services.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
- Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the Pricing Team.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct customer visits, business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, trade lanes, and geopolitical developments affecting the logistics industry.
- Represent the Company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain regular MIS reports, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 7–9 years in Sales & Marketing within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.




- Candidates must have a Freight Forwarding background.
- Thorough knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and International Logistics.
- Strong understanding of geographical regions, trade routes, and geopolitical factors impacting global logistics.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively for business development and customer meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Pricing and Operations teams to provide competitive logistics solutions.
- Existing network with exporters, importers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners will be an added advantage.
- This is a full-time, office-based role. Work From Home (WFH) is not applicable.
