- Asphalt/Interlocking Paver works.
- Road camber verification.
- Road level checking.
- Footpath construction.
- Speed breaker installation.
- Road signage coordination.
- Road marking.
- Expansion joints where applicable.

Daily Responsibilities

- Check road levels.
- Verify compaction.
- Ensure proper slope.
- Measure completed quantities.
- Approve layer thickness.
- Monitor material consumption.

3. STORM WATER DRAINAGE

Responsible for

- Storm water drain layout.
- Drain excavation.
- PCC bedding.
- Drain wall construction.
- Cover slab installation.
- Catch pits.
- Road gully chambers.
- Outfall connection.
- Slope verification.
- Water flow testing.

4. WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Responsible for

- Fresh water pipeline laying.
- HDPE/DI/UPVC pipeline supervision.
- Valve chamber construction.
- Borewell connection.
- Pump room coordination.
- Underground water tank connection.
- Pressure testing.
- Leakage testing.
- Flushing of pipelines.
- Water meter chamber installation.

5. SEWERAGE SYSTEM

Sewer line excavation.

- Bedding preparation.
- Pipe laying.
- Joint inspection.
- Manhole construction.
- Inspection chambers.
- Drop manholes.
- Slope verification.




- Hydraulic testing.
- Backfilling supervision.

6. PLUMBING COORDINATION

Coordinate with Plumbing Contractor regarding

- Pipe routing.
- Invert levels.
- Water supply lines.
- Sewer lines.
- Rainwater pipelines.
- Pump installation.
- Valve installation.
- Testing and commissioning.

7. ELECTRICAL COORDINATION

Coordinate with Electrical Contractor for

- Underground conduits.
- Cable trenches.
- Street light foundations.
- Electrical pole locations.
- Junction boxes.
- Earthing pits.
- HT/LT cable routing.
- Transformer foundation.
- DG foundation.
- Electrical room civil works.

8. LANDSCAPE CIVIL WORKS

Supervise

- Planters.
- Kerb edging.
- Tree pits.
- Irrigation pipeline trenches.
- Lawn preparation.
- Pathways.
- Sitting areas.
- Water bodies.
- Fountain civil works.
- Retaining walls.
- Boundary plantation works.

9. BOUNDARY WALL & GATES

Responsible for

- Boundary wall layout.
- Foundation checking.
- Brick/block masonry.
- RCC columns.
- Plastering.
- Painting coordination.
- Gate foundation.
- Security cabin civil works.

10. BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE

Monitor

- Foundations.
- Plinth works.
- Columns.
- Beams.
- Slabs.
- Masonry.
- Plaster.
- Flooring.
- Waterproofing.
- External development.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
