Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Administrator to manage day-to-day product and inventory operations across our e-commerce platform. The role sits at the intersection of merchandising, web development, and media, ensuring that products are accurately listed, stock data is current, and the customer-facing storefront runs smoothly. Robust Excel skills and hands-on experience with Magento and Odoo ERP are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and maintain product listings on the website (Magento), ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, categorisation, and attributes.
- Manage and update product and stock data using Excel/Google Sheets, including bulk uploads and data validation.
- Maintain stock and inventory sheets, keeping stock levels accurate and up to date across the platform.
- Work within the Odoo ERP system to manage stock imports and exports and keep inventory data synchronised.
- Regularly check the frontend of the website to verify that products, images, and content display correctly, flagging and resolving issues.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to align product presentation with commercial and campaign priorities.




- Coordinate with the web development team on site issues, enhancements, and technical requirements.
- Partner with the media/creative team to ensure product images and assets are correctly sourced, formatted, and published.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks involving Excel, data entry, online research, and general web operations as required.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, bulk data handling).
- Hands-on experience with the Magento e-commerce platform (product uploads, catalogue management, frontend checks).
- Working knowledge of ERP, particularly for stock imports/exports and inventory management.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams (merchandising, development, media).
- Comfortable with online research and general web-based administrative work.

Desirable

- Prior experience working on Magento Commerce and ODOO ERP
- Experience in the jewellery sector is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of image formats and web asset requirements.
- Awareness of HTML/CMS basics (an advantage, not essential).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
