Team Leader (Residential Real Estate Sales)

Position: Team Leader – Residential Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve residential sales targets.
- Allocate leads, monitor daily follow-ups, and ensure timely customer engagement.
- Drive site visits, property presentations, and client meetings for residential projects.
- Assist the team in negotiations and closing sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue for residential projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Track team performance, prepare sales reports, and ensure CRM data is updated.
- Train team members on project knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Stay updated on residential market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and inventory availability.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Proven experience in handling residential property sales and achieving team targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

- Robust understanding of residential real estate projects and local market dynamics.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive high-performance sales culture.
- Excellent presentation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana
