Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and experienced Online Trainers to deliver engaging virtual training sessions for skill-based and career-oriented programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts through practical demonstrations, real-world examples, and hands-on learning.

This is not a school or tuition teaching role. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about sharing industry knowledge and preparing learners for real-world careers. This is a skill-based, career-oriented training program, and we are seeking trainers who can deliver practical, hands-on learning experiences that help learners build job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online training sessions in an interactive and engaging manner.
- Deliver practical, industry-oriented learning experiences.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts using real-world examples, demonstrations, and case studies.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor learners by resolving doubts and guiding them throughout the program.




- Encourage active learner participation and maintain high engagement during sessions.
- Track attendance, learner progress, and session reports.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, coaching, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital collaboration tools.
- Laptop and a secure high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Kerala.

- Experience delivering online or virtual training sessions.
- Strong mentoring and learner engagement skills.
- Practical industry exposure in the relevant domain.
- Excellent time management and professionalism.
- Passion for teaching practical, career-oriented, and skill-based courses.

Preferred Background (Added Advantage)

Candidates with practical experience in digital business operations, online platforms, seller account management, product catalogue management, marketplace operations, business tools, or other industry-focused digital domains will be given preference. Experience in delivering hands-on, tool-based, and career-oriented training programs will be an added advantage.
