We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our brand MINI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership objectives.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automobile industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
