We're looking for empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives who genuinely enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat and Phone.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product information.
- Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process refunds, replacements and order amendments where appropriate.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high-quality communication.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Valuable typing speed and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
