Job Description:
VJR Estate Properties is looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a work-from-home basis. In this role, you will call potential and existing clients, explain property details, and coordinate site visit schedules for our ongoing real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Explain property details clearly, including location, pricing, amenities, plot/flat sizes, and possession status
- Answer client queries and provide guidance on ongoing projects
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits
- Update and maintain client visit records as instructed
- Follow up with clients before and after scheduled visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client responses
- Share a daily call summary and visit update with the manager
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate preferred; candidates with robust communication skills and no prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Fluent in Kannada and English
- Clear, professional telephone communication skills
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (higher qualification preferred)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Access to a phone and stable internet connection
