Role Summary:

Supports e‑commerce and marketing QA teams by executing high‑quality image retouching and ensuring visual accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Contributes to AI‑assisted image generation and production workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Image QA & Review

- Review images for color accuracy, retouch quality, and consistency.
- Provide annotated feedback to vendor teams.




- Support routing through Letsflo Pixelz DAM.

AI-Assisted Content Production

- Generate/refine visuals using Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
- Clean and enhance outputs in Photoshop.
- Maintain prompt libraries and workflow documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

- Coordinate daily with U.S. QA Managers.
- Align with DAM teams on ingestion needs.
- Support creative teams in AI-driven concepting.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in image editing, retouching, or post-production.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and a solid understanding of photography and digital imaging fundamentals. And familiarity with figma
- Familiarity with ecommerce or campaign image workflows, including file formats, color correction, and delivery specs.
- Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience with AI imaging tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway, Stable Diffusion).
- Strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and visual consistency.
- Organized, process-driven, and able to work efficiently across multiple projects and time zones.
- Comfortable using collaboration platforms, workflow tools, and digital asset management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting offshore QA or post-production teams for retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience with metadata tagging or asset management workflows.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and compositing using generative AI.
- Exposure to video or motion asset production a plus.
