Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end IT recruitment function for permanent and contract hiring.
- Handle key client accounts and build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Drive recruitment delivery across technologies including Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Testing, ERP, and Infrastructure.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring and revenue targets.
- Allocate requirements, monitor team productivity, and ensure timely closures.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Conduct requirement understanding sessions with clients and provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and salary benchmarking.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, submission ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruiter productivity.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to support current client acquisition and existing account growth.
- Drive process improvements, automation,



and best recruitment practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment processes and SLAs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment teams within a consultancy, staffing, or RPO environment.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and social media platforms.
- Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills with experience using ATS/CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment MIS, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per day
