The Cool Huts, a 10-room boutique resort near Mandrem Beach, is looking for a full-time Supervisor to manage day-to-day resort operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and allocate shift duties
- Monitor reception, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen and restaurant operations
- Check room readiness and property cleanliness
- Handle guest requests and routine complaints
- Ensure proper shift handover and maintain daily reports
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work completion
- Coordinate with Sales regarding arrivals, room blocks and guest requirements
- Report serious guest, safety or operational issues to the owners
Requirements
- Previous hotel, resort or hospitality experience preferred
- Supervisory or team-handling experience desirable
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Excel
- Calm, responsible, disciplined and guest-focused
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays
Location: Mandrem, North Goa

Salary: Based on experience
