We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and scale our people function as we grow.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior HR Manager to own the full HR charter at JGS — from talent acquisition and statutory compliance to performance management, employee relations, and business-aligned people strategy. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Director, with responsibility for a workforce of 100+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT profiles, including managerial and leadership-level hiring
- Own manpower planning, headcount forecasting, and org design in line with business growth
- Ensure full statutory and legal compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labour laws
- Oversee core HR operations: onboarding, HRMS administration, documentation, payroll inputs, and exits
- Design and drive performance management cycles, linking employee performance to business outcomes




- Handle employee grievances and employee relations cases with sound judgment and legal defensibility
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into people strategy
- Own employee engagement, culture initiatives, and event management (town halls, celebrations, recognition programs)
- Build and maintain HR SOPs, policies, and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

- 10–12 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years focused on recruitment/talent acquisition (IT + non-IT)
- Proven experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees
- Solid working knowledge of statutory compliances and HR legalities
- Track record of contributing to business outcomes — not just HR administration
- Experience handling employee grievances, performance evaluations, and core HR operations end-to-end
- Postgraduate degree required (SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or services-based companies preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
