Responsibilities:
- Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock records.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely stock updates in ERP/SAP or Excel.
- Perform daily stock verification, cycle counting, and periodic physical inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices while issuing materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase team about reorder requirements.
- Maintain proper storage, bin locations, and 5S standards in the store.
- Handle dispatch documentation and material tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
