Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Females Only) to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and promote company products. The candidate must have strong experience in sales coordination, client handling, and marketing activities, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and existing customers professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
- Promote and sell company products through effective communication and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, design, and production teams for order processing and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with premium and repeat customers.
- Plan and support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum prior experience required in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a qualified attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, sales reports, and basic computer operations.
- Experience in jewellery / luxury retail sales will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
