Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for an AI Experience Designer (3–6 years) to design and optimize intelligent digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping AI-driven interfaces and ensuring seamless interaction between users and intelligent systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams.
- Design intuitive interfaces that leverage AI capabilities effectively.
- Optimize experiences based on data, analytics, and user feedback.
- Define design standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.





Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and AI-driven design.
- Experience with prototyping and design tools.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing AI/ML-driven applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
