We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join our academic team at qSarthi. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging classroom sessions, building strong conceptual understanding, and preparing students for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to students (Classes 11-12).
- Plan and deliver interactive, concept-based classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and regular tests.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.




- Coordinate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in physics or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in schools or coaching institutes.
- Solid subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
- Experience with JEE/NEET-oriented teaching will be an added advantage.
