Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained according to hotel standards.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, banquet, and service areas.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, and special events as required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management,



Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service; freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
