About the Role

Bullsroom is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and result-oriented Telecaller – Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in communication, enjoy interacting with clients, and have the ability to build strong relationships while driving business growth.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling client interactions, following up on inquiries, nurturing leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Handle both Call & Chat processes, ensuring timely and professional client communication.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Client Servicing, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and collaborative environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
