Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (PPC)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in PPC campaigns to drive high-quality leads, optimize ad performance, and maximize ROI across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive ad spend.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus).

Preferred Industry: Real Estate, E-commerce, or Lead Generation.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana
