Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help Yamuna Solutions acquire new projects through freelance and business platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, submitting proposals, generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into projects for the company.

This role is perfect for someone who understands online bidding, client communication, and has strong business development skills in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and apply for relevant projects on freelance platforms
- Write customized and high-converting proposals for clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and estimations
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
- Maintain records of leads,



proposals, and project status
- Help grow the company’s international client base

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development
- Experience using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Ability to write professional proposals and client messages
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of web development, SaaS, AI, or software services is a plus
