We are hiring for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive, Preferred from Steel Industry only.

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and market mapping to identify potential buyers such as fabricators, manufacturers, architects, and construction contractors.
- Help build and update a comprehensive database of targeted B2B leads (e.g., in Pharmaceutical,Dairy,Automobile, Real Estate, Gas & Chemical, Kitchen Equipment’s, Furniture’s, Home Interiors, Milling Machineries industries requiring stainless steel pipes / tubes) using company CRM Systems.

2. Sales Operations & Order Processing

- Assist senior executives in preparing accurate quotations, technical product specifications (grades of SS, finishes, dimensions), and commercial proposals.
- Manage the sales cycle by following up on inquiries, tracking shipments.
- Track pending payments, dispatch details, and generate daily/weekly sales reports.

3. Marketing & Market Intelligence

- Monitor daily changes in raw material pricing and update on competitor movements.
- Assist in digital and offline marketing campaigns, create product brochures, and help coordinate the company's presence at industry exhibitions and trade shows.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries,



ensuring prompt resolution of complaints regarding product quality or delivery times.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners (dealers / distributors).

5. Technical Support

- Learn and demonstrate an understanding of different stainless steel products (e.g., PVD sheets, coils, pipes, tubes, valves, flanges) and explain their applications to buyers across diverse industries.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valuable negotiation and sales skills.
