Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure the smooth movement of materials from the manufacturing facility to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dispatch planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, and team supervision within the building materials or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Schedule and manage vehicle movements, routing, and delivery planning.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Supervise dispatch staff and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, documentation, and inventory movement.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent shortages or delays.
- Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize logistics costs.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted customer service.




- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations within the building materials, construction materials, cement, AAC blocks, tiles, steel, or related manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transportation coordination.
- Experience in leading and managing operational teams.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, or Engineering will be an advantage
- Experience in dispatch operations for manufacturing or construction-related products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
